In order to keep our prices affordable we require payment in full at the time services are rendered. Cash or any major credit card accepted.

| Arranging an Appointment | |
|
Office visits are by appointment, which can be requested online or by calling the clinic between 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4.00 p.m (770-455-1011). Our operation and clinic appointments are often booked weeks in advance. A WellPet team member will contact you to schedule a time based on availability. |

| Appointment Confirmation | |

Your appointment with WellPet must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your scheduled time by you for it to be valid. You can confirm your appointment by:
Please include your name, pets(s) name and date and time of appointment when you confirm. Important: You do not have a confirmed appointment unless we hear from you 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Your appointment slot will be filled from our stand-by list and you will only be seen as space becomes available. |

| Cancelations | |
|
If you are unable to attend, please telephone and cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. We depend on you to keep your word that you will be there. If you confirmed an appointment and did not keep it, you will then be required to post a nonrefundable deposit for any future appointments. |

| At the Clinic | |
|
We try our best to keep appointment times. However, at times we have a large number of critically ill pets that turn to WellPet for life-saving treatment. We may, at times run late. Please allow around an hour for your visit. Please keep dogs on a lead, and also muzzled if they bite. Cats must be transported in secure cat carriers, not boxes. |
